Cleanliness and reset expectations

- Reset your station after each client.
- Sweep hair and wipe all touched surfaces.
- Rinse and clean the bowl area after use.
- Keep tools and supplies organized in your work area.
- Repeated sanitation misses can trigger cleanup fees or schedule review.

Payment timing

Weekly plan access follows scheduled payment timing. Consistent payment keeps schedule access active and avoids interruptions.

If payment is missed, access can pause until the account is brought current. Keeping this simple prevents conflicts and protects everyone's calendar.

Respectful shared-space etiquette

- Keep conversations and music at professional volume.
- Respect adjacent work areas and shared pathways.
- No code sharing; access is personal and schedule-based.
- Keep client handling professional and timely.
- Report issues quickly so they can be resolved before service impact.

Walkthrough scheduling expectations

If you book a walkthrough and cannot make it, send a quick heads-up so your slot can be reassigned. Consistent communication keeps tour scheduling fair for everyone waiting on availability.

Repeated no-shows for walkthroughs may delay future scheduling priority.
